Job Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our KONE PLC team as an HR Business Partner. This role will focus on creating an exceptional working environment, prioritizing employee relations, performance, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to line managers on employee relations processes and legislation.
  • Manage investigations, disciplinary proceedings, capability assessments, grievances, and appeals in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support employees with family leave, flexible working arrangements, and related requests.
  • Analyze exit interview feedback to enhance the employee experience and improve retention rates.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations.
  • CIPD qualification or ongoing studies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with all levels of staff.
  • Detailed attention to case management and a proactive approach.
  • Strong IT skills and flexibility for occasional business travel.
