About the Role:
We are seeking an HR professional to join our team in West Yorkshire. In this role, you will work closely with Business Partners and Employee Relations Specialists to provide support on employee relations cases, performance management, engagement, retention, data analytics, and general administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and advise line managers on employee relations processes and legislation to ensure compliance.
- Prepare for and participate in investigations, disciplinary hearings, capability meetings, grievances, and appeals, ensuring timely and professional case management in accordance with procedures.
- Manage short-term sickness absence cases, including involvement in meetings to address employee needs.
Requirements:
This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package, estimated to be around £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
