HR Business Partner

We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our People & Communications teams. As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with line managers and other stakeholders to provide support on employee relations cases, performance management, engagement, and retention.
The successful candidate will be based in West Yorkshire (Keighley) and report to our People Operations Manager.
This is a permanent role with a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and coach line managers on employee relations processes and legislation.
- Manage short-term sickness absence cases, with involvement in meetings.
- Prepare for and participate in investigations, disciplinary, capability, grievance meetings, and appeals.
