Employee Relations Specialist

Main Tasks- Support line managers in employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage cases efficiently, including investigations, disciplinary actions, capability assessments, grievances, and appeals.
- Assist employees with family leave, flexible working requests, and other related matters.
- Review exit interviews to identify areas for improvement and enhance the employee experience.
- Significant experience in HR, with a concentration on employee relations.
- CIPD certification or ongoing studies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for strong relationships across the organization.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to case management.
- Proficiency in IT systems and flexibility for occasional business travel.
- Attractive salary range: $90,000 - $125,000 annually.
