About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tenancy Sustainment Officer Lead to join our Transformation Team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and supervision to Tenancy Support Officers, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver specialist tenancy and housing-related support to vulnerable individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a single point of contact for Tenancy Support Officers, offering guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Lead and manage a team of Tenancy Support Officers, providing supervision and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Work closely with local authorities and housing associations to develop relationships and improve housing outcomes for patients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants and landlords, resolving queries and troubleshooting issues related to tenancies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support vulnerable individuals at risk of homelessness, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
