Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tenancy Sustainment Officer Lead to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Transformation Team, you will be responsible for line managing Tenancy Sustainment Officers across the South of Staffordshire.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team that puts people at the heart of all that we do. As a Tenancy Sustainment Officer Lead, you will work with service users who have complex mental health needs, providing specialist tenancy and housing-related support to help them live independently and remain in their own home.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide a single point of contact for Tenancy Support Officers (TSOs)
  • Provide leadership and supervision to TSOs and deputise for the Relationships, Contracts and Quality Assurance Manager
  • Work alongside multi-disciplinary teams providing specialist tenancy and housing-related support
  • Act as the main point of contact to answer any queries and troubleshoot issues, including homelessness, evictions, and repair work that have a Health & Safety risk
  • Act as the conduit between MPFT Mental Health services and local authorities
  • Assist in the delivery of a high standard of support to service users who are vulnerable and at risk of losing their home or becoming homeless
