Domestic Abuse Support Specialist

At Hestia Housing Support, we recognize the importance of providing safe and supportive environments for our service users. As a Domestic Abuse Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring the well-being of individuals and families affected by domestic abuse.
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role
- Deliver person-centered support to service users, addressing their unique needs and circumstances.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop effective support plans.
- Engage with local partners to promote a multi-agency approach to addressing domestic abuse.
- Contribute to the creation of a safe and inclusive environment for all service users.
Requirements
- Significant experience of working with vulnerable adults, particularly those experiencing domestic abuse.
- Knowledge of health and social care services, including safeguarding procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Full valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
