- Developing and implementing service plans for domestic abuse victims">
- Managing a team of staff providing accommodation-based support services">
- Working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement service strategies">
- Ensuring that our clients receive high-quality care and support">
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Excellent leadership and management skills">
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups">
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies">
- Experience of working with clients with complex needs">
- Ability to manage budgets and resources">

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £47,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes access to training and development opportunities, a pension scheme, and a comprehensive employee assistance programme.
