Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales/Business Development professional to join our team at Ina8 Solutions Ltd.

The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying and establishing new sales channels, managing and developing client relationships, and driving profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and establish new sales channels to drive business growth
  • Manage and develop client relationships to increase sales and revenue
  • Work closely with senior management to set and achieve sales targets
  • Provide end-to-end client support and ensure disciplined follow-up
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the security industry
  • Strong relationship management, communication skills, and commercial awareness
  • A valid UK driving license and a 5-year checkable work history
  • Proficiency in social media for lead generation
