About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of change projects across various operational areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Operations Delivery Managers in implementing a portfolio of change projects, ensuring successful delivery and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement change initiatives, considering processes across the customer journey and ensuring lasting results.
  • Ensure that change projects are well-planned, executed, and monitored, with robust controls in place to mitigate risks and errors.
  • Coordinate change across multiple areas, including IT systems, processes, and customer communications, to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Support the Operations Delivery Manager and Head of Home Claims in defining a common approach to change delivery in Home Claims, ensuring business cases are robust and changes are delivered on time within agreed spend.
  • Ensure that change is delivered in a way that is brilliant, seamless, and in partnership with the Claims Operation.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of supporting and delivering multiple projects successfully, including changes across various operational areas.
  • Passion for improvements and making things better for colleagues and customers.
  • Good knowledge of Operational & Risk Management principles and practices, with the ability to thrive in a matrix organisation.
