About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of change projects across our Home Claims department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting Change Projects: Collaborate with Operations Delivery Managers to develop and implement change projects that drive business benefits and improve customer experiences.
  • Whole Systems Thinking: Ensure that each change project considers processes across the customer journey and is implemented effectively, with lasting results.
  • Process Documentation and Risk Management: Ensure that processes within each change project are documented, controls are in place to reduce the risk of error, and key performance reporting enables project benefits to be tracked.
  • Change Coordination: Coordinate change across multiple areas, including IT systems, processes, and customer communications.
  • Business Case Development: Support the Operations Delivery Manager and Head of Home Claims to develop a common approach to change delivery in Home Claims and ensure that business cases are robust and changes are delivered on time within agreed spend.
  • Seamless Change Delivery: Ensure that change is delivered seamlessly, brilliantly, and in partnership within the Claims Operation.
Requirements
  • Project Management Experience: Proven track record of supporting and delivering multiple projects successfully, including changes across various operational areas.
  • Improvement Passion: Real passion for improvements and making things better for both colleagues and customers.
  • Operational and Risk Management Knowledge: Good knowledge/awareness of Operational & Risk Management principles and practices and someone who thrives in a matrix organisation by inspiring others.
