About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of change projects across various operational areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Support the Operations Delivery Managers in coordinating and implementing change projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective execution.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Change Management: Ensure that changes are well-planned, executed, and communicated to relevant stakeholders, minimizing disruption to business operations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Operations Delivery Managers, IT teams, and other business partners.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular project updates and analysis to stakeholders, ensuring that project benefits are tracked and reported effectively.
Requirements
  • Project Management Experience: Proven track record of supporting and delivering multiple projects successfully, with experience in change management and process improvement.
  • Operational Knowledge: Good understanding of operational and risk management principles and practices, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
