About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a Change Delivery Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Operations Delivery Managers to implement a portfolio of change projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of change projects to improve business processes and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective change management and minimize disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with change projects to ensure business continuity.
  • Provide regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management and change delivery, preferably in a financial services or insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile and Scrum.
