About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Heath Farm School. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our teachers to provide a creative and inclusive learning environment for our pupils.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans, supporting pupils with varied needs.
- Prepare classrooms and materials to ensure a smooth and engaging learning experience.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, promoting interaction and learning through various activities.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, providing essential support to our teaching staff.
Requirements
- GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English.
- Excellent support skills and a genuine motivation to help pupils reach their potential.
- Calm and engaging approach, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Resilience and a commitment to providing high-quality support to our pupils.
