About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Support Worker to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to children with complex needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a busy team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support children with learning disabilities and/or Autism in a residential setting
  • Develop and maintain care plans, ensuring individual needs are met
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a safe and nurturing environment

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide support as required
  • Knowledge of the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015
