We are seeking a compassionate and skilled caregiver to provide live-in support for an individual with complex needs in the Ashford area.
This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life, working in a supportive team environment with access to comprehensive training and development.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing 11 hours of support per day, including assistance with personal care, medication management, and other daily living tasks.
A good understanding of bowel management, catheter care, and autonomic dysreflexia is essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of up to £24,475.36 per annum, based on a 26-week contract with two weeks on and two weeks off
- Daily pay rates up to £134.48 and weekly pay up to £941.36
- Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- A supportive and efficient clinical and operational team available 24/7
- No mandatory uniform requirements
- You must be over 18 and have the right to work in the UK
