About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients and their families to develop personalized care plans, ensuring that each individual receives the support they need to maintain their independence.

  • • Develop and implement care plans tailored to each client's needs
  • • Provide medication administration, peg feeding, and oxygen therapy
  • • Assist with seizure management, including rescue medication
  • • Use nebulizers and perform oral suctioning as required

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of complex care principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues. We offer a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus opportunities for training and professional development.
