Job Summary


Kent County Council's Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking (UAS) Children's Service provides accommodation and support to newly arrived children in Kent. We are seeking a Night Residential Support Worker to join our team, working with children who have experienced trauma and change.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage routines, set goals for young people, and facilitate a learning culture in the centre
  • Work across a rolling shift pattern, including regular cover over weekends
  • Develop relationships with children and support them in their resettlement journey

This role is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure application to the Disclosure and Barring service. A Full UK Driving Licence is required, but reasonable adjustments will be made for applicants with disabilities.
