Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Billing Aquadrome. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Dining Experience
    • Ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests, from taking orders to serving food and drinks.
    • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card payments.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to achieve our goals and objectives.
    • Support colleagues in their roles, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
  • Adaptability
    • Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing circumstances and priorities.
    • Be willing to learn and take on new responsibilities, contributing to the growth and development of our team.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred, but not essential.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
