Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Team Leader to join our team at Stonegate Group. As a Front of House Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in creating and delivering a vision for exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management team in developing and implementing strategies to drive business success
  • Ensure that high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide outstanding service
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Front of House role, preferably in a hospitality or customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
