Job Title: Front of House Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Team Leader to join our team at The Red Lion in East Haddon. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading our front of house staff to achieve our high standards.

Your Role:

As a Front of House Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Taking ownership of the customer journey, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience
  • Working closely with kitchen staff to deliver accurate orders and high-quality food
  • Ensuring payments and receipts are accurate and secure
  • Confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings to enhance the customer experience
  • Observing service standards and reporting any incidents or issues
  • Leading and supporting your team to achieve our high standards
Requirements:
  • Previous leadership experience in a hospitality or customer-facing environment
  • Passion for food and beer, with a desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment, with a focus on delivering results
  • Ambitious and driven individual, keen to develop their career and the careers of their team members
