About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Turnpike Beefeater in Northampton. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests into the restaurant and ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere
  • Managing reservations and table allocations
  • Providing information on menu items and making recommendations
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
