About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Front of House team member to join our dynamic team at a prestigious 3AA Rosette restaurant in Northamptonshire. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide professional and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and colleagues to ensure smooth operations during service, maintaining high standards of service and quality.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our menu, wine, and beverages to confidently answer guest inquiries and make informed recommendations.
  • Up-selling: Use your knowledge of the menu and guest preferences to suggest and recommend additional options to enhance the dining experience.
  • Training & Development: Receive comprehensive training from experienced managers, with continuous coaching and guidance to hone your skills and achieve excellence.

Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a fine dining or rosette-awarded establishment.
  • Transport: Due to the remote location of the stately home, candidates must have their own transport or a valid driving license.
