Front of House Team Leader Opportunity at Meadow Bay Villages

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Team Leader to join our team at Billing Aquadrome. As a key member of our Hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading our waiters and waitresses and working closely with our Restaurant / Assistant Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

About the Role:

  • Lead by example, embodying our company values and behaviours
  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of our products and services
  • Ensure all public areas are clean, safe, and welcoming
  • Collaborate with the team to create a seamless and efficient service
  • Adhere to our premises' alcohol licence terms and conditions
  • Manage weekly budgets and share targets with the team
  • Order stock and maintain accurate stock control
  • Conduct Health & Safety checks and secure buildings

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced bar / restaurant environment (full training provided)
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead a team, with a track record of being a team player
  • A positive, friendly, and energetic attitude, with a 'can do' approach
