Front of House Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Team Leader to join our team at Billing Aquadrome. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading our waiters and waitresses and working closely with our Restaurant / Assistant Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and embody the company values and behaviours
  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of our products and services
  • Ensure all public areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a seamless service experience
  • Adhere to the terms of our premises' alcohol licence and maintain a safe and responsible service
  • Manage weekly budgets and share targets with the team
  • Order stock and maintain accurate stock control
  • Conduct regular Health & Safety checks and ensure the security of our buildings

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment (full training will be provided)
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead a team, with evidence of being a team player
  • A positive, friendly, and energetic attitude, with a 'can-do' approach
