Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Global Business Development - Agriculture to join our team. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships in the agricultural sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in the agricultural market.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and licensing agreements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
- Manage and analyze market data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the agricultural market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on the agricultural sector.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the agricultural market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
