Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly manage a team of Despatch Operatives and Coordinators, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.

  • Recruit, train, and develop team members who reflect the Company's Values and possess necessary knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
  • Implement continuous improvement action plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

This role requires a previous experience in a warehousing operation and supervisory/management experience in a comparable blue-chip, FMCG role is desirable. The ideal candidate must be PC literate, including proficiency with Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as able to use Warehouse Management Systems. Good numeracy and literacy skills are essential.
