**Job Description:** Sales Lead Identification Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Lead Identification Specialist to join our Universal Business Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities to drive business growth.

**Salary and Benefits:** We offer a competitive salary of £33,000, plus a generous performance-based bonus scheme and a range of benefits including early Friday finishes and team lunches.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through research and analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handovers and consistent follow-ups.
  • Maintain and organise a detailed pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to refine prospecting strategies.
