Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality operational support to managers, including employee relations, payroll administration, recruitment, and wellbeing.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including probation periods, absence management, grievances, disciplinaries, and performance concerns.
  • Work closely with the Recruitment Advisor to meet resourcing needs and promote the employer branding.
  • Support the creation of a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including job evaluations, pre-employment checks, and induction.
  • Deliver induction as part of the onboarding experience.
  • Support managers and colleagues with occupational health requirements, ensuring recommended reasonable adjustments are considered and implemented where necessary.
  • Manage flexible working and family-friendly leave requests.
  • Process changes to terms and conditions.
  • Support and lead on HR projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources, employee relations, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
