Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at TPP Recruitment. As a key member of our people team, you will provide operational support to managers, including employee relations, payroll administration, recruitment, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality operational support to managers, including employee relations, payroll administration, recruitment, and wellbeing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including probation periods, absence management, grievances, disciplinaries, and performance concerns.
- Work closely with the Recruitment Advisor to meet resourcing needs and promote the employer branding.
- Support the creation of a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including job evaluations, pre-employment checks, and induction.
- Deliver induction as part of the onboarding experience.
- Support managers and colleagues with occupational health requirements, ensuring recommended reasonable adjustments are considered and implemented where necessary.
- Manage flexible working and family-friendly leave requests.
- Process changes to terms and conditions.
- Support and lead on HR projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources, employee relations, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
