Facilities and Office Coordinator Specialist

As a Facilities and Office Coordinator at Northrop Grumman UK, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes providing administrative support, managing facilities, and working closely with other enabling teams such as Health and Safety and Security.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional and consistent administration support services
* Onsite contact for all Facilities led activities and requirements
* Support the Health & Safety team for onsite contact for Health Safety & Environmental activities and requirements
Requirements:
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* Adept at time management and prioritisation
* Competent user of Microsoft packages, including but not limited to Microsoft word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint
