Job Summary:

The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) is seeking an exceptional Facilities and Compliance Manager to ensure the provision of safe, compliant, and high-quality buildings and facilities at RHS Garden Bridgewater. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of buildings and estate management, as well as experience in leading and managing facilities teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure legislative and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage fire safety and soft FM services, including security, cleaning, and waste provision.
  • Lead and manage the Facilities team.

Requirements:

  • Extensive demonstrable knowledge of buildings and estate management.
  • A recognised qualification in facilities management, building trades, or a professional body.
  • Experience of Building Management Systems.
  • Extensive proven experience of facilities and/or buildings management in a large and varied environment.
