Business Development Executives

Pertemps Bond is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, driving revenue growth, and achieving set targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow existing client relationships.
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry, identifying new business opportunities and pitching to key decision-makers.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to set and achieve daily KPIs, including call rates and diary entries.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients meet payment commitments and delivering post-sales support.
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to source new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Balance phone-based selling with face-to-face appointments to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and performance metrics.
- Minimum of 1 year business-to-business sales experience.
- Demonstrated track record of over-achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience of high-value sales activity and a strong understanding of commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
