Are you a seasoned Business Development Manager looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at The Portfolio Group as a Business Development Executive.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners and senior leaders
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of sales success in a B2B environment
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

We offer a competitive commission structure (uncapped) and basic salary OTE in the region of 80k+.
