Job Description

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous sleepover allowance of £58.70 per night. As a Children and Young People Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing personalised care plans, supporting key-working roles, and helping children engage with their communities.

You will work closely with families, local organisations, and educational providers to ensure that every young person receives the support they need to reach their fullest potential. At CrossReach, we create a positive, encouraging environment where young people feel valued and empowered to make informed decisions about their future.

  • Key Responsibilities:

We believe that in order for you to deliver the best care, you need to know where you're working and when that's why we plan your shifts in advance. You'll also be reimbursed for your mileage, with pay provided for travel from CrossReach to wherever you're rostered to work.
