Carer Support Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Carer Support Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating support services for young carers and their families.
ResponsibilitiesYou will work closely with the Participation Group to identify needs and develop solutions. This will involve providing direct support to young carers, developing resources, and collaborating with local services and organizations.
Requirements- Experience of working with vulnerable children and young people.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits.
