We support unpaid carers in Scotland through our Carer Positive initiative. Our team works closely with private, public, and voluntary sector organisations to promote carer-friendly workplaces.
We now seek a Carer Support and Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing programmes and projects related to carer support and development.
About the JobAs a Carer Support and Development Manager, you will prepare bids for project funding and develop a strong network within the business community. You will need to have public speaking and training experience to deliver high-quality and engaging training to our stakeholders.
You will work in partnership with experienced training colleagues and operational managers to achieve our goals. The ideal candidate should have a minimum SCQF 7 qualification in a care-related subject or a similar qualification.
Benefits of this role include a retention payment of £500, 100's of discount options, and the opportunity to earn £250 by referring a friend.
Estimated Salary: £53,125 - £63,125 per annum.
