About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Pybus Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies

Identify new business opportunities, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the automotive sector, and negotiate contracts to meet and exceed sales objectives.

Conduct Market Research and Analysis

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, and use this knowledge to inform strategic business plans and drive sales growth.

Lead Business Development Initiatives

Develop and implement initiatives to expand market presence, identify new business avenues, and drive sales growth in the automotive sector.

Requirements
  1. Proven Experience in Business Development

At least 1 year of experience in business development or account management within the automotive sector.

Strong Industry Knowledge

A strong understanding of the automotive industry dynamics and market trends.

Excellent Communication Skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Strategic Thinking

A proven ability to think strategically, with a focus on driving sales growth and expanding market presence.
