Job Summary
Carlton Recruitment Solutions Ltd requires an experienced Bookkeeper/Ledger Manager to manage accounting operations for multiple businesses. The successful candidate will possess strong bookkeeping skills, including Xero software proficiency, and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage accounts payable by processing invoices, coding, and allocating projects.
  2. Handle accounts receivable by creating invoices, passing them for soft approval, and sending to customers.
  3. Oversee credit control to ensure timely payments from clients.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • AAT Bookkeeping Level 2 or above.
  • At least one year of experience with Xero software or recent accounting software proficiency.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Work, and Outlook.
  • Prior experience with operating PAYE for 15+ staff.
