About the Role

Carlton Recruitment seeks a skilled and motivated Business Finance Manager to join our client's finance team. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in finance and gain experience in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, hold AAT Bookkeeping Level 2 certification, and be proficient in using Xero software. You should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to prioritize tasks efficiently, and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a variety of financial duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and banking.
  • Preparing financial reports and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.
  • Reconciling discrepancies and resolving financial issues promptly.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team objectives and goals.

Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
