About the Role

We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our team in Chobham, Surrey. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial records of a busy group of businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and payables, ensuring timely payment to suppliers.
  • Manage accounts receivable, creating and sending invoices to customers.
  • Monitor and control credit exposure, chasing overdue accounts and ensuring timely payment.
  • Reconcile multiple bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Process Payroll, send payslips and reconcile payments internally.
  • Manage employee expenses and maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements:

  • AAT Bookkeeping Level 2 qualification
  • At least 1 year of experience working with Xero software
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Previous experience with PAYE for 15+ staff
  • Understanding of foreign currency accounts, payments, and invoice processing

Salary:

£30,000 - £38,000 per annum.
