At C&E Recruitment, we are seeking a skilled Front Desk Coordinator to join our esteemed client's team. Located in the outskirts of Woking, this 4-star hotel offers an elegant atmosphere and beautiful surroundings.
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and customer-focused individual to manage the daily front desk operations. As Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and overseeing the smooth running of the front office.
About the RoleThis is a permanent contract position with a basic salary of £27,000 per annum. You can expect to work approximately 40 hours per week, including shifts and weekends. The role also comes with service charge and great training opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest services
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
