**Reporting to the Reception Manager, the Reception Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Reception and Nights teams.**
**What will you be doing?**
- Ensuring the smooth running of the reception and night team department
- Training and supporting staff
- Handling complaints and specific customers requests
- Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for customers
- Scheduling your staff rota so that the desk is covered 24/7
- Liaising well with other departments
- Managing clients feedback and reporting to management
- Upselling other hotel facilities such as restaurant and bar
- Control of front desk tidiness and availability of all necessary stationery and material including pens٫ forms and informative leaflets

- A people-person with an authentic, engaging demeanour.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, ensuring our offerings shine with excellence.
- Self-motivation and be able to motivate others to achieve their best
- Strong organisational skills and be able to implement, work with and monitor systems and procedures ensuring attention to detail at all times.
- Good understanding of all applicable health and safety legislation.
- Be IT literate - Microsoft Office, Property Management Systems
- An excellent command of written & spoken English and numeracy.
- A skilful multitasker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A 48 bedroom property with a mixture of Single, Double, Twin, Executive, Accessible, and 2 Honeymoon suites. The Brasserie provides an informal dining experience with freshly prepared homemade food served from the Stage Kitchen.
