As the Front Desk Receptionist you will
- Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key.
- Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit cards
- Coordinate with other departments.
- Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
- Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy. Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
- Count bank at the beginning and end of shift. Balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications.

A successful Receptionist is someone who:

- Has Hospitality work experience
- Knows PMS system, preferably RoomMaster
- Has strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Follows all company safety and security policies and procedures
- Has excellent level of spoken and written English
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Flexible approach to working hours including evenings, weekends & Bank holidays
- Can at least commit 1 - 4 full shifts per week (8 - 32 hours per week).
- Can reasonably commute to / from work.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
