Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Interaction Health and Social Care. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the children's home, providing guidance and support to staff members, and maintaining high standards of care and safety for residents.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day operation of the children's home
  2. Provide guidance and support to staff members
  3. Maintain high standards of care and safety for residents

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within an Ofsted children's home
  • Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare
  • Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include ongoing training and development opportunities, a supportive and collaborative working environment, and a competitive pension scheme.
