About the Position

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with SCR social care as a Senior Support Worker, leading a team to provide exceptional care to young people with emotional and behavioural disabilities.

Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care services, developing and implementing effective care plans, and monitoring the quality of care provided. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.

Essential Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
  • Proven experience working with young people with Autism, Learning Difficulties, and Complex Needs
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
