Service Delivery Manager Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team on a permanent basis in West Cumbria. This role involves managing a team of operational supervisors and cleaning operatives to ensure the delivery of service level requirements for the contract.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Operational Supervisors and Cleaning Operatives to deliver service level requirements.\
  • Ensure compliance with BICS industry standards and Health and Safety requirements.\
  • Lead and collaborate with a diverse workforce to drive operational excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.\\/ul\

Requirements:

  • \
  • Previous experience in people management, preferably in a facilities management function.\
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.\
  • Familiarity with customer audits and ability to drive customer satisfaction.\
  • Competence in MS systems and ability to adapt to new technologies.\\/ul\

Benefits: A competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and growth.
