We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as the Welcome & Service Assistant Manager. In this role, you will lead our outdoor welcome team and drive customer satisfaction through innovative strategies and excellent communication skills. Your goal will be to create memorable experiences and drive sales targets through effective team leadership and collaboration with the Welcome Manager.
About the Job
You will be based at our Lake Head car park in Wasdale, working closely with the Welcome Manager to develop and implement plans to drive business growth and improve visitor engagement. You will also be responsible for training and guiding your team members to ensure they deliver high-quality customer service and achieve business objectives.
Your Skills and Experience
* 2+ years of experience in leading teams in a customer-facing environment
* Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
What We Offer
* Competitive salary: £38,000 - £43,000 per annum
* Bonus scheme up to 5% of annual salary
