As a Senior CRM Manager, you will oversee the implementation of automated, data-driven campaigns to support the customer lifecycle strategy. You will also analyse customer behaviour to develop targeted communication strategies that boost retention.

You will have hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Optimove, Braze) and strong expertise in deploying CRM initiatives across both in-store and online channels. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential.

We estimate this role comes with a salary range of £60,000-£70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
