We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Early Help Mental Health team in Wiltshire. As an Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to take a lead role in supporting children, young people and their families who need specific mental health interventions focused on agreed mental health outcomes.

Main Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing psychological formulations for individual patients that contribute to their overall assessment of care needs. This will involve planning, delivering and reviewing individual and group therapeutic interventions, while preventing more serious mental health problems by early identification and delivering goal-based interventions or referring to partner agencies where necessary.
