About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Back of House Supervisor to join our award-winning culinary team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising kitchen porters and ensuring that all back of house areas are kept clean and tidy. You will also be responsible for maintaining kitchen hygiene standards and completing necessary paperwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise kitchen porters to ensure all back of house areas are kept clean and tidy
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene standards
  • Complete and archive necessary kitchen paperwork
  • Provide exceptional service to both customers and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless service delivery

Schedule

Monday to Friday - day shift with the possibility of night shift when required. Weekends when required
